Does riot conduct drug tests on lcs players?

Almost all sports conduct drug tests for their players and more recently even counter strike conducts drug tests for players to check for performance enchancing drugs such as adderal. Does league enforce this kind of check? I feel like it is necessary to check if anyone does since this game is growing so fast in esports and so competitive at the upper level. Adderal helps you focus alot and much more than any energy drink there is. The thought of people cheating their way to the top with drugs like this bothers me. The last time I checked in riots league rule book there was nothing mentioning that drugs like these were banned in the lcs.
