So I understand about the dead Gragas pick in Worlds, but what about Azir?
His utility doesn't seem to changed much imo, so what makes him also another lonely dead pick along with Gragas?

Neither Gragas nor Azir are "dead", its just other champions perform better , thats why they are picked.

Azir's utility doesn't change, but they gutted his damage. You may as well be play Karma or Victor so you're actually useful before 3 items.
