So what's the point of Worlds? Why bother watching the Finals if it's just another LCK matchup?

The rest of world doesn't want to win Worlds and they've proved it through their cockiness, laziness, and poor strategy. NA and China have the "if you can't beat them, take some of them" strategy. And those Korean imports they take are like, "I get an easier shot at winning Worlds! Plus, more money."

Aside from just NA and China, EU and the other regions don't take in the time to study, practice, and care about the game like the Koreans do. Therefore, the Koreans will beat you in every strategical category there is as well as mechanics (unless you count mechanics as one of those categories, then that'll sound redundant).

Korea will always win and the rest of the world doesn't care. World, go home. You're pathetic.

LoL, that's like saying don't have a World Chess Championship because Lasker (World Champion for 25 years) will always win. Or that most of the countries in the world shouldn't even bother to send people to the World Olympics because they won't get Gold medals.

It would be like a high school LoL team that decided to not even bother to show up to play another high school's team simply because the other team has all platinum players and your team is mostly Bronze. QQ, we just gonna lose, so we won't show. That sort of attitude is a problem to begin with. Just to have the opportunity to play a game of chess with the current World Chess Champion is an honor people give so much to have.

It's just mind boggling that people would reject having incredible life experiences out of fear of looking bad on a World stage...

I think its pretty disgusting that you assume all other regions are lazy and that's why they aren't winning. At high levels of competition it has nothing to do with laziness, it has to do with training efficiency. If you look at any sport's history the country or region that starts the professional scene usually dominates in the early years just because they have that slight experience edge and they are more advanced in how they train and prepare. If you look at the percentage of the population that plays league in Korea to the percentage of the population that plays in the US its pretty obvious why the Koreans are winning. Popularity of a sport breeds stiffer competition and allows good players to become great and great players to become legendary.

Korea will continue to dominate for several years until the rest of the world catches up to them. This is expected based on past history so I don't exactly understand why you are complaining. To assume that one country will always win just because they won the first five years is pretty laughable.

I agree very much Koreans have faster wifi, and LAN Cafe that charges you 50 cents per hour for using fast computers that lets u use any champs that u dont own. Koreans spend so much time on LOL cuz of that reason, bronze players in Korean server gets into gold in NA Server.
