How Many People Can You Have On Your Block List?

So, like the title says, how many people can you have on your block list? I know you have a limit to how many friends you can have, so I was curious if the block list was the same way, if maybe it had a limit. I honestly don't see why you would have a limit on how many people you can block. If this could be clarified for me (by a Rioter, maybe?), then that would be great.
