Team Passes for any Region

Currently, the Team and Fan Passes to get the Braum Chromas are limited to your region. I believe this limits the amount of money Riot and the teams could make by limiting what the players are able to buy. Why can a player not have the option to purchase all the passes they like in order to get each chroma? If they want to support teams and Riot with their money, while also buying all the chromas that they like, why stop them?

Overall, players should have access to all the Braum Chromas from each region, that way there will be more chances that players will purchase one and support teams and Riot and have the ability to purchase many more and support teams and Riot even more. I believe it would be beneficial for the players, teams and Riot, so why is it so limited.
