Anyone else desperately hoping your underplayed main doesn't get used at Worlds?
Unless they're already one of Riot's pro play darlings, it feels like anytime a new champ breaks onto the Worlds stage, they get nerfed down to uselessness.

Im more worried about nooblords taking something first time ranked because they seen it at worlds.
I already know she won't. Sej hasn't been anywhere near a competitive pick since Riot gutted her, then Cinderhulk, then her again with the last one having utterly no justification.
The second I saw Jayce at Worlds, I went into a ranked game. Enemy first picks him. I cry everytime.

Sort of, but I don't need to worry. My main doesn't register on the pro's OR Rito's radars :p
It sort of sucks cause he will never lose the stigma of being a "starter" champ till he gets used in worlds, but with his win rate so high right now, if he did well in worlds I'm sure he would just get nerfed. (I think Wukong is currently treated as a champ they'd pick when they aren't taking the match seriously :L )

I think I'm fine since Riot already nerfed Shen and plan to buff him soon.
Sure, he'll be played, but not in a way that is remotely exciting or interesting for me to watch.......
Don't you worry bud. You're in the same boat as a lot of people, especially when Worlds comes around every year. But yeah if the person you play a lot is picked in Worlds and does well there is a good chance that their knees will be broken with the nerf bat some time in the near future.
You have to hand it to Riot, they've mastered the art of making everyone miserable most of the time in trying to make everyone happy all of the time.
