Why do some players wear bands around their hands?
The title. I just see pros use use them sometimes and I was just wondering why they wear them.

Aren't some of them for wrist support? Playing all that league often leads to wrist problems. If you are referring to Hai and Bjerg.
Reduces strain from repetitive movements I believe. Helps prevents injuries and reduce pain.
