Can we make challenger series like a draft.

I was thinking... so the past 4 seasons only really 2 challenger teams successfully made it to stay in the lcs (Sad to say one dropped out after the second split.)

I want to see something like football where people coming out of challenger would be put in a draft. (Like 1st would get a team but 2nd and third can choose to be drafted.)
