Do You Have To Be At LCS When It Starts or Can You Come Late?

Anime Expo 2k15 is this week, and I'll be there all four days, so I thought since Manhattan Beach is only about a 20 minute drive away I'd go to see LCS. However, I don't want to waste my time watching TIP, NME, and TDK. I just wanna see TL, TSM, and CLG. Are we allowed to show up at around 1pm or do you have to be there at 12pm to get entry?
