For those of you undecided or not invested in the SKT vs ROX matchup, send ROX your energy! They (the Tigers) historically have been a really cool team, through various states of ownership. They are a group of great guy with a great story, and they play some good League of Legends!

Also, remember the time they wore bunny costumes (while named GE Tigers)? http://riot-web-cdn.s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/lolesports/s3fs-public/styles/article_image/public/GE%20Tigers_0_1.jpg?itok=ORVZYyig

On a more basic level, root for the team of friends over the constructed SKT trophy machine. Send ROX your energy!

#TAKE MY ENERGY!

I'm saving my energy for the next semi-final. Sorry

Probably a wise choice, TBH.

However, if you need to build some extra energy, go watch game 2 of the ROX vs SKT series. One champ pick will legit blow your mind.

Saw that and loved it. It is so rare to see something non-meta and even more rare for it to work

Actually, cheese picks in pro play have a pretty solid winrate historically.

The only reason people don't do it more, is the fear of shame and extra blame if it doesn't work. Look at Insec s4 worlds, Rammus https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Vn5B6uzEhs (both Insec Rammus AND the infamous Looper Singed) Pantheon https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8feBfe8HmE Fiddlesticks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nLuRPFRZ7io Kikis was the KING of cheese junglers for a time, being the first to bring Udyr back to LCS in s5 spring, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CkoiuOxXU_U as well as pulling out picks like Shaco on the stage to great success. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4iLCV3OLm8Q (shaco game) APX Ray breaking out the Full AD J4 top out of nowhere and SLAYING with it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QesX7fWlsi8 This summer, EU LCS saw the Sion Jhin bottom lane do good work. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QhJ8zqd4ITU Yorick Top in UoL vs FNC Spring of Season 5 (see below video) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LqgZADsNevo This in particular might be the most exciting LCS game I have ever watched.

The winrate for cheese picks is really pretty much the same as - if not better than, a meta comp. I really think it would be good for the sport if they were more common.

While I would "normally" want to root for them, my pick'em kinda suggests otherwise.

Also on a bit of a sidenote, why can't this just be the world finals? We all know whoever wins this match is realistically going to win worlds (as h2k and ssg are both lacking "firepower" to handle either of these teams), would save us all a lot of time by having that happen.
