problem with cellphone version
i cannot select the quality of video when i watch it on my cell phone. idk if this is a matter to be solved by google chrome.

Based on your mention of Google Chrome, I'm going to assume you're watching in a web browser? Do you have access to apps like those for Twitch and YouTube? When I watch LCS using my Twitch app I have no trouble changing the quality of the stream. I can't speak to the YouTube app but I imagine it has something similar. As far as watching in a browser goes, I can't say much - I've never watched a stream through a browser on my phone, but I just went and clicked the links off of lolesports' page and was unable to change stream quality using my phone's default browser of Safari.
If you can, I'd definitely recommend downloading the Twitch app. IMO it makes watching LCS so much simpler! But if you'd rather keep using browsers (or if I misinterpreted that), I'm sorry I can't be of more help.
