Analysis of team CLG.

Summary: TL takes advantage of and punishes CLG for every single mistake they made.

***At 49:13 into the video (11:40 in game) Doublelift makes a crucial mistake on Lucian. Before I go on further, let's keep in mind that Doublelift has both summoners, flash and heal, as well as his escape dash skill 'e.'

What actually happened: Doublelift dashed away from outer turret and gets combo'd by Alistar and ulti'd by Sejuani which causes his obvious death. Doublelift saved both his summoners.

**What could have happened: ** Scenario 1: Doublelift dashes away from outer turret and flashes into bush saving himself while Aphromoo tanks the damage and most likely surviving with a sliver or more of his health. Doublelift then waits for the arrival of his teammates then proceeds to go ham earning a favorable team fight win.

Scenario 2: Doublelift dashes away from outer turret while baiting Aphromoo and then flashes back to outer turret to kill Piglet with turret aggro.

*At 53:01 (15:29 in game) Link just got the blue buff and ulti teleports into an unfavorable 2v2 against tanky enemy champions with Vlad too far to follow up in time.

Why this was unfavorable: Burst damage is ineffective against tanks. CLG chose a team comp that favors pressuring lanes and taking towers, not one that favors picking people off.

It should be noted that TF can assassinate Ad carries fairly easily and should use his ulti teleport to primarily target squishy champions. In this game, Piglet would have been an easy target and should have been Link's primary focus.

**What Link should have done: **Put his mana regen and cooldown reduction from the blue buff to good use by pressuring mid lane.

At this point in the game TL has learned all of CLG's team comp weaknesses and has taken advantage of their mistakes. This game now becomes un-turnable.

55:10 (17:38 in game) Link face checks a bush without prior knowledge of where TL's team was located.

1:06:21 (28:49 in game) The bottom inhibitor tower should have gone down. Hands down. Link successfully pushed the lane however Doublelift did not take this very small window of opportunity to help push the lane and take down the tower. Aphromoo and Doublelift both considered to back to nexus which clearly showed that CLG was not on the same page this entire game thus far. I mean honestly doublelift.. Link was doing his best to damage that tower but he's an AP champion FFS and you were right there literally one movement click away.

1:06:50 (29:18) Doublelift finally decided to hit the tower, but it was already way way way way way too late. Conclusion: 3 of CLG dead, inhibitor tower down. Baron lost. What could have happened if Doublelift got the tower earlier: All of them live. Have the opportunity to fight at baron or continue lane pressure.

And that was game. TL used the most of their Baron buff to end the game.

Lesson: Play to your team comps advantages at all times.

If you have a team fight comp, then get some team fights in.

If you have a pick off team comp, then assassinate people in the jungle and pick them off.

Have an early game, lane pressure, win early or lose hard team comp such as CLG's in this game? Then win the dam game by taking towers and inhibs instead of getting caught out and trying to pick people off or even trying to team fight.

Lucian against TL's team comp is so bad. I am still dumbfounded as to why Doublelift didn't leave his ego at the door and picked Vayne. Nonetheless, whether Lucian or Vayne, CLG did not take their windows of opportunities and therefore lost the game.

This game should have easily been won by CLG in my honest opinion.

And again I will say: Play to your team comp advantages at all times.
