Teams should be fighting not just for themselves, i.e. for your own self gain (prize winning), but for the people of a region.

Absolutely, which is why in 2014 when Germany's team won the FIFA World Cup, all German families were given a basket of bratwurst.

I really like this idea. Even if it's something small like a Party IP Weekend for winning region!

Everyone for the region that is Gold+ gets the team skin, if they played in said server for longer than 6 months.
