NACC Equivalent for Non-College Students

Hi everyone;

I'm a three-year player who's looking to take it to the next level and join a regular practice league.

I would like to ask - will Riot ever support more robust clan and ranked team features?

The 10-player limit and lack of real private clan chat channels has hurt my efforts to start a clan with a regular practice routine before.
