LoL Esports timezone

I live in Finland and play on EuNE, it shows me that GEN and SB will fight january 18th at 10am. Is this 10am Finnish time or is it 10am utc or something. It is not specified anywhere and I'd rather not miss it. Thank you for your answers in advance
