Worlds ticket ripped: how fucked am I?

So, my ticket got ripped along the part that is ripped off when you enter. I've reattached it with tape, probably a bad idea as it looks bootleg as fuck right now. Either way, Brussels is a 2-hour train drive away, I need some confirmation on if this ticket is still usable before I waste half a day traveling there and back because I found out it's not usable anymore because it's ripped. I can't find anything about it either, just on the ticket it states "not usable without the rippable part". I still have it, and technically it's still attached. So yeah. Break my heart.

There should be something on the ticket that makes it original. Bring both pieces, and if you bought the ticket online bring a copy of the confirmation/receipt a long with the credit card used and an ID.

The question I have is why isn't their ticket system digital? Like they didn't send you an email with a usable ticket also?? No way to contact the ticket agency to have a replacement emailed??

Anyway to call the venue and explain the situation and get a confirmation? That'd be your best bet. And if they say yes get the name of the person who tells you so just in case.
