2016 MSI group stages should be a Bo3

The reason next year's msi should be Bo3 in the group stages is because in a Bo3, teams would feel less pressured to make plays and use different strategies against each other since each team only get to play each other once in a single round-robin.

This year's msi was a big letdown and the Bo1 format was partially the cause of it. Tsm felt pressured to make any plays and choked so hard is because they knew each point is worth a lot if they wanted to get out of groups. I also wanted to see how the top teams in the world play against each other at their best performance and a Bo3 format would deliver that. When I saw FNC vs EDG, both teams were very strong and made some great plays, but in the end, the game ended shortly and EDG won. I wanted more of that FNC vs EDG game because at that time both teams were really good and made some great plays and I wanted to see which one is the "best". Having a Bo1 in a single round-robin does not "prove" a team's worth.

I'm not trying to cover any team's performance in this tournament, I'm just saying a Bo3 would make teams play at their full strength and provide a better experience than this year's.

But isnt the problem of NA teams that they actually never try to make any plays? Especially TSM (but also CLG and C9) do nothing but wait for the enemy team to make a move and then try to react to it (usually by pushing mid or other free lanes).

Honestly Bo5's are the only thing that can win championships, so I could care less whether its a Bo1 or Bo3. As long as the scheduling issue doesn't happen for 2016 that happened for 2015 it should be an enjoyable tournament.
