I need help to stop leaving games and have a better mindset. A Riot response would be nice!

So here's the story, I've started going back to ranked (I queue by myself) this week and I've left about 3/12 games and I got game restricted today. The reason I left is because I keep getting killed on my own and my last game had a Morgana and Varus mid which outclassed me so badly that I left the game. This is the first time in my 3 years of playing League with such a bad mindset. I never even raged or leave the game before when my teammates are harassing me or go afk but when I get outclassed by my opponent I do not know what to do. Before I've been in situations where my enemy laner or jungler killed me but that never tilted me instead that encourage me to play better by warding or learning from my mistakes. But right now the games are too intense to help me improve because I do not know how to play against lane swaps or against really powerful AoE comps. If anyone out there could give me any advice to improve I would gladly appreciate it.

we're a bunch of bronzies here, how do you expect us to give you advice towards a platinum player? Infact, probably 85% of LoL plays at a lower level than you.

You might get better response in the gameplay section.

EDIT:

Then again, from a mindset stand point, there was a high diamond player once said that 40% of the games you'll stomp, 40% of the games you'll get stomped, 20% of the games you'll have influence over with your ingame decisions.

Seems pretty accurate based on the stats you told us.

So if you've recognized that the game is going to be a stomp against you, then you can get your mind off "I MUST WIN" mindset and start practicing something else, which we bronzies can't help you with.

Just play safer, maybe bring heal or barrier instead of ignite. Also make sure you ward a lot and focus on farming instead of fighting.

Judging by all those emblems on your title card, I'd say you're a better player than you're giving yourself credit for, at the very least.

Being critical of yourself is good, but in excess it only damages your ability to improve, and more importantly your ability to have fun with the game. If you lose that, then you're not really 'playing' League anymore. Read some guides, watch some of those instructional Youtube videos. Don't directly try to copy them, though. Work towards being able to do what they do, a step at a time if that makes sense.

I can only give moral advice, though. I'm not a particularly skilled player, less so since I'm not currently playing the game.
