Team Liquid

Team Liquid still has Adrian and Link, im wondering why are they saying "We're trying hard to improve" and not start them? After seeing both Goldglue and Slooshi, then looking at Matt who still does terribly with a high caliber ADC like DoubleLift, why not start Adrian or Link? Link's time on CLG showed, at the very least, he's a giant upgrade from what they have going on in the mid lane and Adrian has shown he is one of the best supports in NA still. Not to mention Adrian has experience in shot calling with Reignover. If TL really is trying to improve, i want to see Lourlo, Reignover, Link, Piglet and Adrian as their starting roster on Saturday against NV, otherwise NV will eat them alive. If they dont do something, those 4th place memes are going to turn into 10th place.

I don't see much of a choice when the team has been together for around a year + and they're still pretty bad.

LINK

When was the last time Link played in the LCS 2015 Spring?
Link's career average per game stats - 3.76 Kills 2.40 Deaths 6.07 Assists 268.9 CS Team Envyus plays a very slow pace style game, constantly around that 39-40 min per game average and Link is 19 games won and 20 games lost in his career when a game goes 40+ so it's pretty 50/50. Link v Apollo - Link has actually beaten Apollo 7 out of 10 or so games when they would face - stretching from 2013-2015. SO take that with a grain of salt.

ADRIAN " best supports in NA still"

  • I wouldn't go that far but it is surprising that the meta is still around Lulu/Karma 70% of the time and Adrian hasn't played yet, the support/heal style is really all he has, ask him to play anything other than Nami/Sorka/Sona he tends to just get dumpstered. Easy for the enemy team to ban out only his champions and it's back to square 1 with TL relying on Link who's shown to tilt beyond control and Adrian who has been mention by other players that have played with him to tilt just as much.

Tho, with that said - I see no choice cause Team Liquid are so freaking bad. Replacing GG for Link and Matt for Adrian won't win them anymore games than it has when Piglet is actually ON the team.

Just going to toss this out there:

TL doesn't have adrian signed still, much like every other team (apparently teams might be afraid to sign him after the whole P1 issue).

As far as I'm concerned, why can't TL start rookies to possibly test them this split? At worst they get relegated (which because of the changes NA will have next split, won't actually matter at all), best case scenario they finally manage to fix some of their roster and potentially save some $ by avoiding soon to be high-priced free agents (Exileh possibly being the biggest mid-lane one). Liquid has had a habit of seeing mid to top-tier players walk out the door/have success elsewhere (dardoch being the obvious one, with Fenix deserving a notable mention due to looking like an absolute beast in challenger last split), wouldn't it be nice if they finally fixed that problem in what is essentially a "Freebie split"?

why are we blaming goldenglue? unless he is shot calling he is not to blame. Whoever shot calling needs to be coached on how to better have you seen their games????????
