Guyz this seems to be in the official Riot website for Worlds 2017 but is it actually legit? It was sent to me by a friend but I'm not sure.

Nope. It's a scam. Riot said it in a different post.
Like Asamas said, definitely a scam. The official Riot sites are "leagueoflegends.com", "lolesports.com", and "riotgames.com", so check the URL.
