ashe not as good as people make her out to be?

So after we've now seen a few ashe games in the lcs it seems like shes not that good because the lack of escape she just gets camped and dies allot. yes i know she has a good kit and can do insane damage late game but i haven't been impressed with her so far even in challenger solo que when im watching streams i rarely see anyone have a super good performance on ashe its like one of the casters said (cant remember which one) on the new ashe its really easy to go from 0/1 to 0/2 to 0/3 to 0/4 so i personally dont think shes has good as people make her out to be.
