Why does C9 keep trying to make Talon a "thing"?
They've played it a lot in their recent games but I have yet to see them win a game with talon or even have him become a threat. They must do well with him in scrims or something?

Hai has a tiny champion pool. Talon is his fallback, and he is very VERY easy to deal with. Not even counting his latest nerf (and failure of a compensation)
In my opinion hai is a better Mage player than he is with assassins So far in my opinion the best mid lane assassin players are korean
I think they believe he has the potential to work, for example i have a friend who really believes ad thresh is op. Ive seen him fail so many times but he believes its totally viable
Because Hai's champ pool is tiny, and comfort>power.
