will the lcs be available on espn this year?
the NA championship was on a few weeks ago, and it was good for me, since i work nights at a bar on weekends. It would mean a lot to me if i could watch it while"working"

Mercury Hammer1 votesProbably won't be not just yet. World Championships might get lucky and be on but other than that most likely not.
All Day Tay Tay1 votesthey had it last year.
WithMyHoodieOn1 votesi kinda doubt it. They had a HOTS tournament on ESPN 3 one time and everyone flipped out
TurquoiseYoshi1 votesThe HOTS one was on ESPN 2 (which is on every TV set) and it got mixed reactions, the DOTA 2 one was on ESPN 3 (which is an online service) and got everyone to flip out.
I don't get it either.
Maybe because the HOTS one gave out scholarships, but I dunno.
All Day Tay Tay1 votesalso because HOTS championship was in america. Worlds will be in europe, so idk
TurquoiseYoshi1 votesI hope so. I hope that one day, I can sit in a bar like in that one Buffalo Wild Wings commercial and watch LCS on the side like that one guy watching Taekwondo. That commercial always confused me.
IWillDeliver1 votesHonestly I don't see it happening because the ESPN Network president said that they only do sports and "Gaming" is not a sport. But there is a rumor that it might actually start soon. If Riot can make more money then they already are ESPN might start showing it.
All Day Tay Tay1 votesthe NA championships were on it, and i missed it because i had other things going on. they even had interviews with the winners.
IWillDeliver1 votesI didnt see it on ESPN. But I was watching Sportscenter that night and I saw the interview. But I feel like ESPN should make a gaming channel.
Shockforce1 votesLikely, I remember ESPN was trying to hire people knowledgeable about League.
xJLx MCHammer1 votesWell it depends on the station. They ask for hefty prices. I doubt riot wants to any ways. The generation that watches lcs is normally getting it through twitch or YouTube, putting it on ESPN won't be as high
