We already saw some "upsets2, and we saw what the top teams can do. We only had 12 matches and i'd say they all delivered (okay not the ones vs the titans). I honestly think a western team can win the whole thing this year. Korea is strong yes, China is strong yes: but from what we have seen so far they are beatable, they do some minor msitakes that you can turn to your favor.

Origen showed us that you can beat these guys if you play well enough. I mean Origen punched LGD in the face that game. LGD! the fking favorite to win this thing with EDG and SKT (and Fnatic honestly)

I am also very happy about CLG and Cloud 9. Finally they did well. I'll be honest CLG didn't have the strongest competition so far, but they did well.

Cloud9 i was almost sure they would do well, just because the Cloud9 we saw at playoffs and in general towards the end of the split was a compeltely different Cloud9 then before. We see Incarnation stepping up big time, so did Lemonation, Sneaky is ALWAYS permorming well, and honestly i think i prefer Hai in the jungle then in midlane. I have still some questions on Balls, but overall they played really well. I think they can even make it out of groups. Another fun thing we see from Cloud9 since Hai returned is that they love to experiment a bit with the picks and throw you off guard, and they do this very very well. Veigar not only was played perfectly but clearly throwed off guards the enemies. Hai is able to play strange things in the jungle too, Lemonation loves Karma and stuff. All these things matter in the end.

Bottom line: GO WEST i don't give a fuck about EU vs NA, i will cheer for whatever western team will make it! (okay maybe exept TSM, i think they are over rated and they don't play that well since long time)

CLGs tourny ending after groups pretty much, they had a super lucky draft with the weakest of all groups so they come out of groups quite easy just to get stomped after..... if fnatic will be first in their group they will end after groups aswell.... if they get second place they will get to quarters/half pretty easy. OG if they come out of groups they will do quarters max. C9 wont make it out of groups, H2k is done since they got with EDG and SKT (most unlucky group), TSM wont come out of groups aswell.

Everytime EU does well against Asia, NA is all "Yeah, go west! Unite against Korea and China!" but everytime NA does better than EU (well, actually, that one time at season 4) they begin to trashtalk EU to death and claiming their superiority.

I've never seen it. Both regions just bash each other over 3rd and 4th place, I'd rather work together so we can at least fight over 1st and 2nd.

I've honestly seen more EU > NA comments than the other way around, despite being an NA player

Then again, I didn't really care about the pro scene back in S4 (or any other season prior, for that matter) so maybe it's just because it was more heavily prominent last season

TSM isn't overrated. You have to be held in high regard first. Not even TSM fans really expected much out of them. They're the weakest non fringe team at worlds.
