Amazing Additions to Esports

Just wanted to congratulate the LCS for adding two new programs to the Lol Esports scene.

The EU LCS released a video "Sjokzin' Around" where Sjokz went around Berlin with Jankos and just asked him a bunch of questions about Esports, his life, etc. I thought this was a great idea because it helps people connect even deeper with the players. I hope this becomes a series!

The NA LCS started the Dive, a podcast that breaks down what has been happening in Lol Esports recently, the current meta, predictions of future metas, etc. I also think that this is a fantastic idea because it keeps people engaged with the NA LCS and Lol Esports even when games aren't being played. It also provides great in depth analysis of teams and metas.

Lastly, both of these things are something that traditional sports would do. Interviews that get to know players on a deeper level than just Esports, and podcasts that talk about and analyze the current state of the LCS and the game is a huge step for Esports and something that I hope to see continue. When watching/listening, I found myself thinking wow, Lol Esports is really becoming like other traditional sports with the quality of these videos/podcasts.

Way to go LCS and keep it up!

I personally have been enjoying the " Dive" I love the radio sound of it, the way it presents itself and how easy it is to hit play on the "DIve button" and look at stuff on the internet while listening to The Dive, I really enjoy it! The problem I have with The Dive and it's nothing against Riot or anyone is talking about subjects like ( franchising teams, adding a more suitable and equal NA/EU schedule for both regions instead of experimenting with 2 different concepts for the past year or so ( The EU BO2 / NA BO3), ( The 5 -5 division EU). Possibly combining EU and NA into 1 region and call it The West.
No player career stats to be found or a library of those stats, no mention of that topic.

Real topics at it's highest.
Yes, again I enjoy the DIVE currently I only listened to 1 but I'm hooked, however talking about Meta/patches we get that all the time, in gameplay from crying fans, we see meta/patch notes on the website, before we log in, once we log in.
I can look at patch notes and or other sites concerning Cho'Gath's ult or how many minons he can eat before you turns into a beautiful blue berry bug.
Nothing against the topics that they do talk about but at the same time KEEP them that's 100% fine but I want to hear/listen/discuss outside of just "the game" but about the current state of the LCS, possible state teams so the LCS feels more global and diverse around a region instead of just in 1 city for the past 6-7 years.

Possibly Jatt and Co. can take calls from fans asking Jatt and Co. about certain things like a radio station so the channel doesn't seem so dead and instead of fans/listeners/viewers of the current League product feeling like we're being spoon fed with BS at every turn. It will make the topics even that more real and heard from the "horses mouth" instead of questions that we really have no idea on paper are actually from fans( not saying this happens or true!) but I for one would call up and ask certain questions freely to see if it is "pre-recorded" of information that isn't for the people but written by the people you know ?
