Riot. Please do something about the scam bots spamming chat. You are able to ban people from youtube stream chats. They are using a small handfull of copy paste phrases that you could likely mass-ban with. Its rather obnoxious.

Are you trying to communicate with the people on youtube or watch the games? - Just hit the hide chat and move on, similar to playing League, no point in trying to communicate or listen in the first place.
