The technology is not there yet..... small indie company .... etc
Can always just mute the volume if you don't want to hear the casters...
The former? Yes - it's called the mute button. The latter? No - not unless you are on said team.
I'd like to see the replay function being used for these games. Sadly, it only works on games of the live patch, so they'll have to adjust the system for that.
