Spam Downvoting

I recently posted a meme/joke about fiddlesticks in memes section of boards. And... a moderator or whatever removes it and tells me it should go in gameplay. I guess he didn't take 30 sec to look up fid's abilities and didn't know what they were because if he did, he would never have thought it belongs in gameplay and would understand the joke. Paraphrasing it:

We need to nerf fid q Riot - it's damage is unmatched by most champion abilities regardless of how much ad or ap they stack. (fid q is a fear; it deals no damage; because almost every ability has base damage and scaling, it's impossible to deal 0 damage with most abilities)

So I don't know how to pm someone from boards and I just went to a meme said individual (who removed my correctly located joke) and wrote them a message explaining why my joke was in the correct section. For this I get harassed by several people and downvoted to oblivion. I've read by another person how this same "moderator" or whatever person tried to make their life a living hell any time they posted something on their main account - this having been posted by said individual on a secondary account. So where does all the hate come from? a. random people - not likely - no way that many people just happen across my post and decide, let's downvote the hell out of this just to be a jerk b. multiple profiles - possible, but I doubt anyone has that many profiles/usernames or would waste that much time to login to all of them just to downvote c. blind sheep/minions - people who follow someone blindly; upvoting anything they say without using their brains to think about anything and downvoting anyone who disagrees; most likely - no other way the post would be viewed that much or downvoted so much so quickly

Stuff like that is inexcusable toxic behavior. In game, we'd report and the player would get a chat restriction for toxicity to teammates. But I guess on boards hiding behind minions downvoting anything critical of oneself, removing posts from valid sections of the boards just because you didn't think of it first, and going out of your way to harass is perfectly acceptable lol. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated from anyone - let alone someone with the power to remove other's posts and whatnot. People given great power are given so because they are supposed to be RESPONSIBLE - looking out to make the boards a FUN and SAFE place for discussion - not bullying and abusing others. Leaders should be under closer scrutiny so that they don't turn into dictators abusing their power.
