First it was the Assassin Reworks then it was Ivern and the jungle then we had Yasuo then the mini Aatrox rework where everyone lost their shit something something Lulu and Caitlyn and Malzahar SupportMalzahar then there were item complaints and turret complaints and still Malzahar suppport Malzahar except now it was about how shit he was something something Lissandra passive something aughasg%%%hhs%%%ah then we had the Meta Scourge, where Boards Home was filled for weeks about the Meta champions, their pickrates and how 'broken' they were, LeeSin Ahri Lucian Thresh which had the overarching problems with item 3153 then we had the Great Tank Division of 2k17, where you were either happy or not happy about Zac Sejuani or Maokai and also Sejuani was op and then she was not and then Zac was weak but then Zac was buffed but then hes op oh but wait now he's ok but wait no i hate his ult and his mains were sad also still Meta Scourge era

then it was 10 BANS WHERE?! + YOUR SHOP SUCKS

Now it looks like Rakan and Fiora are on the list

When was the last time we got something coool on the front page, like a champion concept, artwork, a story, a theory instead of an onslaught of FOTW boards posts that seems to be about a few topics all of a sudden that never seemed to be a problem before and gain a lot of upvotes for a while then they disappear, only to make way for another flavor of the week issue?

tl:dr - the boards is basically an endless circlejerk that just changes the said subject of circlejerk every few weeks

You can't just dismiss all of these posts as circlejerks. Some of them offer reasonable points that haven't been brought up before, and they usually reflect actual problems that are in the game. A lot of these "circlejerks" you listed actually highlight problematic issues for Riot, even if 80% of the threads are just angry rant posts that offer nothing new to the discussion.

And at the end of the day, this is a game. Lore and art is cool, but most people are just here to play, so reworks and balancing are going to be a bigger concern.
