How do I ask riot if the innuendo in one of their champs was intentional?

Awhile ago I noticed that one of LoL's champions was loaded with a certain specific set of... mature... themes. This is a topic I've seen referenced in South Park, a lot, and I've noticed multiple aspects of this champion which could be a reference. No it's not Evelynn in case you are asking. I never brought it up before in part because the time was never right and in part because I didn't want to go there if I didn't need to.

What made me ask now is all the stuff going on with kotaku's allegations about riot's culture reminded me of it and this seems like the best time to bring it up. I'd like to give riot the benefit of the doubt that they are coincidental, but I can't be completely sure of that now because thanks kotaku.

Should I try a support ticket? Should I try Ask Riot and hope whoever filters those things lets someone important double check things? Can I go to Story and Art and ask in the most PG manner I can if any mature topics associated with a particular champion were intentional? Should I just ignore it?

The game is rated T, partially because of the lines of innuendo that are spoken by their characters.

Innuendo is there for those who enjoy it, so if you don't like it, you should probably ignore it. The exception is for things promoting rape or %%%%philia, those should be removed.
