Red Tracker issue; can no longer tab through Rioter comments in a threat

There used to be a box in the left hand side of threads that showed how many Rioter comments there were, and showed the first sentence or so of the comment. You could click an arrow in this box and the page would automatically scroll to the next Rioter comment in the thread. For whatever reason, I lost this function in the past few days. Anyone know how I can fix this, or if it's intentionally gone?
