Discussing the sensitivity of boards rules

So, this is only a questioning about the universal rules and the Moderation, including the sensitivity of where the rule is seen as broken.

so, why i ask this? i will be truthful, i just had a comment removed for a false report. Got many upvotes, people agreed on it and noone really took it serious, but it got flagged for shaming because it on the side mentioned a summoner's Name

so can every single comment be tagged for shaming if it has a Name in it? because i am sure enough to swear on the people i love that this one was definetly a false report by someone very salty who has clear and openly displayed issues against me. and for almost 24 hours noone made so much as a twitch of an comment that was in any way disaproving or generally saying i did something wrong, only further underlining that the comment was in all regards within the rules and behaviour restrictions.

back to the point of that, can one report on a comment overvote the approval of many, and i mean MANY positive remarks? is the sensitivity of the rules so high now that i could legit get this entire thread removed if i were to tell someone whos giving a message, as example. "i know that feeling, had this with [x summoner Name]" if i refer to it as no shameful or negative remark to express sympathy and agreement? can everything and anything be reported just for having a certain word or Name in it and get tagged approproately by the simple means of salt vs salt?

i really, really want to know this one now, because i have seen it before and just now freshly experienced it myself, and hereby feel on the unjust side for once, because until now there was nothing but blank and pure positivity upon the comment which now can rest in peace next to my chill.

Think about it this way: If the post you're making is besmirching another player, then it's naming and shaming. Reach out to moderation through reports (if a user is harassing you, ask them to stop) and if nothing is done about it, head to their official help website here

They'll make sure you understand what's going on.

Just because you think the individual deserves it doesn't mean it's alright for you to go ahead with it.

and that is exactly what i didn't do, it was a literal sidenote, just something you tag onto it as an serving example. i shamed noone, nor did i badmouth anything. it was like saying "i would trip and someone would laugh at that" just with votes instead of tripping, and a very, very creepy stalk instead of the laughing.

but that doesn't matter. what to me matters is that i could go out there and act all offensive on anything he says, and if it to even 1% applies to me and i whine around i can get this Person tagged with strikes and have their stuff removed for the fun of it.

some of the mods are too gullible, and i don't just say that for my own sake, people legit get away with fake-emo attitudes because someone of importance falls for it and believes that fake emo. the rules were made to uphold the order and stop benefit and fun at the expense of other's comfort, but those very rules are used to do just that, and on a almost daily occasion. just take one look at the PB&M board.

and i am, forgive the "cocky choice of words", by any means NOT okay with how those rules are abused.

If someone is harassing you, you should report it and let them know that you don't appreciate the way they're acting toward you. That does not give you the right to act back accordingly, though. It doesn't matter if the name was brought up in passing. If you're calling someone out for something negative or that could be viewed as negative, that's an attack on their character and isn't appropriate.

This. At first I read the quot on quot and was on your side, but then read this and totally agreed with because someone can say something mean wrapped up in something funny, it's still mean at heart. Just the other day someone called me a retard for doing something they didn't agree with, and then as I reminded them that that is bannable, they IMMEDIATELY added 'jk jk'. Uh no. That was no where near funny. And if it hadn't been a norm, I would've tilted. I would've also tilted when they went afk. But it's ok, it's a norm. Prolly why they didn't get banned >_>

On metal malicious' yasuo thread that has now 32 upvotes i said quot on quot

It got 16 upvotes over the course of 24h and was the second highest voted maincomment next to a git gud meme. Not one person saw or remarked anything other rhan the votes. Even had some funny exchanges with a commenter but EVERYTHING was positive and noome got harmed or shamed. Then the very named person who already constantly stalks me like a creep came in and ofc reported it and victimizes himself while calling me a mental yet again.

And im the one punished and wssnt even serious at that moment.

BUT that is not the point. The point is that he can actually abuse playimg victim to erase content that has been viewed as positive and sympathetic only because he felt like it. And i dont like that. That the rules that should stop abuse are the very thing seemingky abused the most.

And i can already tell this response will be deleted too by him.

And this isnt just about me. I see a lot of times people use the universal rules to make themselves a victim. Hell just yesterday PB&M had a debate about rape because of that!

And it disgusts me and dissapoints me That even mods and rioters can fall for it. So theres why i make this question. Just how sensitive are the rules.
