When clicking "Create a Discussion", can we change the location regardless of what section we're in

If i'm in the Gameplay section of the boards and i click "Create a Discussion", the page it takes me to is locked into Gameplay with no way to change it beyond going back to the Boards Homepage

it kinda tells you to chose a board when you are creating your discussion

If you create a discussion from a specific sub-board, it is locked to that sub-board. If you create one from Boards Home, you will be prompted to select a section!
