[Visual Bug] Posts Blinking in Red Tracker.

A filter to remove the Red Posts from Help&Support in the Red Tracker has been recently created. However, the posts from Help&Support still appear for a split second before being filtered out. And this is super annoying ^^'

No way around that really, not with the method being used; they still exist on the page, they just get hidden from view as fast as it can. I think it's a fairly reasonable price to pay to remove the clutter, but if we come up with a better method we'll go for it.
