Questions about reporting a post

Hi; I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but if not I'm sure I'll be told the correct place.

Recently I have seen a couple posts that don't invoke ANY meaningful discussion. For example, the most recent post I saw was someone basically saying "I uninstalled, I hope your game dies Riot." ...And that's it. And then the comment section was full of people either saying "I still love this game" or people saying "You're lying if you say you love this game" and it was incredibly pointless and stupid.

My question is; if I see a post that just sparks negative insults and arguments, can I report it? And if so, what should I report it as?

You're welcome to report any posts you believe to be breaking the rules or causing any problems. In regards to what option you should report it as, I'd suggest using "offensive" or "spam" in this case.

If you aren't sure what option to use, just click whichever fits closest, or even use the other option. We read through everything that gets reported to determine if it's breaking any rules, and action accordingly regardless of what it was actually reported for. In the end, as long as an offending post gets reported, the option it was reported for is irrelevant.
