I played against a Dark Star Thresh for the first time today, and whenever he came out of the fog of war my game paused for about a half second.
It was slightly annoying, but wasn't bad enough to ruin the game (That was our rage-quitting mid laner's job). Still, I know that every little information helps, so have a bug report Riot! :D

We're aware of this particular issue. The issue is related to FoW. We're in the process of working on a fix for the issue. ^-^
As bummed as I was, after waiting all night for you guys to release the skin (it felt like a midnight release) I pick it up asap, and get a day's play out of it, i'm glad to see you guys are on the case, trying to keep things upbeat and active. Perhaps you should give those who purchased the skin prior get a Dark Star Thresh summoner icon but it looks glitched out because you survived the Dark Star Bug
