Censoring Unpopular Topics even when they do not break the EULA

Starting to feel like Riot has some type of agenda to push Chinese social policies onto North America. The following post was censored with no logical justification.

[Deleted] What kind of Tilt are you?

The kind that thinks it's pathetic that Riot brings its Chinese (Tencent) social policies of censorship to the NA server. I'm the kind of tilt that believes free speech, so long as it isn't a threat, is completely acceptable. I'm the kind of Tilt that is tired of Riot games trying to monitor and shape the communication of the entire community.

I'm the kind of tilt that calls out companies who act self righteous while hiding sexual harassment taking place in their own company. ( https://www.theguardian.com/games/2019/may/07/riot-games-employees-walk-out-over-workplace-harassment-lawsuits )

That's the kind of Tilt I am. What about you?

The moderators on this board have really started taking themselves way too seriously... maybe they believe they are a divine leader like Kim? Who knows. It needs to be fixed.

A potential fix: Moderators who have had their decisions over turned 3X are removed from moderation indefinitely - like a permaban. Maybe moderators should play by the same rules the users are forced to follow?

We have supervision from Riot and have had a grand total of less than a half-dozen decisions overturned in the lifetime of the program, so your "solution" would never affect any of us.

And, yes, your content was removed for attempting to start a politically charged conversation - in Gameplay, no less.

That's not censorship, that's just removing a spammy "Hurr durr china bad tencent bad" post.

The irony here is that you were attempting to push an unrelated political controversy onto the topic and that's likely why it got removed.

A game not letting you throw slurs at other players has nothing to do with freedom of speech lol

Chat policies and Riot sexual harassment are two different issues. If you are truly upset about their sexual harassment, boycott the game.

And going "they don't let me flame, darn communist China" is neither logical or effective. I'm doubtful China doesn't let you make fun of each other on Facebook. That is more about keeping political dissidents down.

Neither are related to chat restrictions. Both are good reasons to boycott the game, sure.
