What do you people do with your time?

The only threads that ever receive red influence are H&S or Bug Reports. Either you don't care about the consumers thoughts, or you are down manpower. Neither are a reasonable excuse.

Instead of posting once a week about upcoming changes and general thoughts, why not hire people (Pretty sure tonnes of people would be volunteering for the positions) to convey some of the reasoning behind changes or situations.

It is nice to see that there is "Quick Gameplay Thoughts" every few days, but 200 comments within one day, and only 8 responses leaves much to be desired. Roll the dice and hope your question gets addressed.

You've got green wardens, you've got moderators.. pick some of the helpful and friendly boards users, put them in touch with the devs, or at least explain changes in more detail to these people, and let them explain it to the general community.

You left out another excuse. Some players on the boards treat them like crap. Why would they want to engage with us when some of us treat them like this?

At least they are making an effort rather than stonewalling us completely.

This is a good idea, however; it would take time to hire and train people, plus they would need to talk to devs, who have limited time anyway so we'd see the same problem of not enough questions being answered. They're trying dude. If you want to ask for more effort from them at least try to do it politely.
