When someone suggests an addition / change to the game ...

It's about 20% amusing and 80% frustrating to me how often I see people respond to suggestions with points about how some mechanic or niche item that doesn't already exist would have no place in the game.

You're suggesting that the game would be balanced around something that doesn't already exist?

How stupid would that be?

People need to really try to be more open about ideas with the understanding that you can't toss something into a game like this and expect it to fit perfectly into place to make everything balanced.

Being perfectly balanced isn't even a thing this game has ever, or likely will ever be. It is always changing and that SHOULD be part of what you enjoy about it, or why are you still here?
