That message appears from time to time, usually when you're doing things too fast. Just wait a minute or two and things will be fine. As for the other issue have you tried logging out and back in?
I know about it happening when voting too fast in a row, but this is different. I can not up- or downvote anything at all, nor reply to other posts or access my boards profile in the top right corner.
The only thing I can do is open discussions. Logging out and back in does not help.
What is happening?
