Downloading/saving threads

Not sure if something like this already exists, but I think it would be very cool if we could download individual threads and save them locally for archival purposes. Some threads are just too funny to forget, and it's easy for things to get buried under years of other threads. This would be especially valuable for the roleplaying community, as we have a lot of stories that get told through the boards.

Here is how this would look if implemented:

1. A user clicks the "download thread" button next to a thread (maybe put the button next to the first post).
2. The boards server goes through each page in the thread, loads the data, and creates a file to be downloaded.
3. When the file is viewed, every post in the thread (up to the time when it was downloaded) will be displayed using the same format as the website.

Any thoughts on this?
