Are we all so entitled that we can't just come back in a few hours?

They're going to fix this by the end of the day, a feat that we will all take for granted. Let's just chill and do something else while the (underappreciated) programmers work double-time to stabilize things. Programming is difficult and bugs always pop up. Let's be kind and not lie to ourselves that League is exceptionally glitchy when it's really not.

The Epic Games client erased my save data for Borderlands 3; Heroes of the Storm takes five times longer to update and doesn't display a progress bar for in-game updates. Yes, it's annoying that League crashed, but bugs happen.

I understand, but the hype they create with new updates, does get us the players excited to come play. We understand as gamers that bugs and late releases happen. It's just strange how no eta, nor usually small gestures like gifting something in return doesn't come into the conversation at the top when this stuff happens. Seems selfish, [removed by moderation]

I tired to log on at 12 my time said there was maintenance same back IN A FEW HOURS at 2 still said maintenance. Came back at 6 logged on got an update downloaded but my account wasn't actually signed in. No skins no mastery ect. Closed the game tried to reload it had to restart my computer came back at 7 and now theres heavy traffic. So I DID wait a few hours xD

Yes. Yes we are entitled, and we should be (especially anyone that has even given this company a single dime). The client worked before they screwed with it. They should have just left the client alone.

With my friend group not playing Blizzard games due to the controversy, and now this, I guess it's back to.... Left 4 Dead? Like damn what are yall playing rn???

I did come back. Over the past 2 hours I still can't get in. I give up for the week ima go play something else. Riot plz remember 1 less for you is also 1 more for a competitor.

We still have that bug where the entire client freezes in the load screen for five months. End of the day is pretty optimistic for any bug to be honest.
