Question: Are we allowed to post links to google forms relating to in-game content?

This recently came up in a conversation, and as a business student one thing we've been taught in my years is data analysis.

I have some data-points that I want to collect (relating to league) so I can round them together on a spreadsheet / dashboard, but I don't want to post anything that's not against the rules. I wouldn't be collecting any email addresses or anything personal, but I would be collecting anonymous data points to study and analyze.

Would anyone be able to give me any clarity on this?
