Ok, so What is appropriate for discussion on the League of Legends Boards and what isnt?

I'm asking this because I've seen ALOT of threads that don't belong on the League of Legends boards but is still allowed to be produced and reproduced. Such as the emerging Leftist Ideologies about what characters in League of Legends is "Sexualized" And what isn't. In my honest opinion, That's no appropriate subject to be discussing here period. Especially in the Story and Art Boards.

So what's allowed and what isn't? Because right now Riot seems to be playing a little favoritism.
