Recently got this sent to me because I apparently posted a discussion in the wrong place. Lol?... Here's where YOU are wrong CaptainMarvelous:

1. There are literally 10 other front page discussions on the board I posted on going over the same topic in a similar or same manner as I do. Did you remove these? No... they've clearly survived awhile to reach front page. If one fits... they all fit. Don't go removing one because you maybe don't agree with the content. If it's not in the wrong spot and it's not blatantly against Riot policies in terms of respect, then there's no legal standing to remove it.

2. I used to post that type of discussion in a DIFFERENT section of the boards... the one you'd suggest. But every time I would post such a discussion there... guess what. YOU guys MADE me move it... to gameplay. YOU. I argued with you guys before that it belonged there and you kept forcing me to move such discussions to gameplay rather than player behavior. So make up your damn minds as the people in charge of board posts and get on the same page with each other because you guys clearly are not.

I am severely disappointed with the effort, logic, and COURTESY of several people in charge of the boards. They let bias affect how they do their job. They over-react to the most minor of negative comments by one person while overlooking blatant insults from another (due to agreeing with their stance on a topic) person that would get them chat restricted if they said it in-game. They delete posts without actually taking the time to comprehend what is being said and assume the person posting to be dumb rather than give them the benefit of the doubt or take 10 whole sec to google something they're unsure of. When they make a mistake, they've never owned up to it or given an apology. One says post here... the other person says post there and ping-pong you between two boards both demanding you put it in the other person's sub-board. Now, there are some great people who manage the boards and some I don't mind or have any issues with. But there's far too many of you who fit the issues I just described and have no business being in charge of anything. Please, if you are at all sincere about doing your job properly, look into how you and others are doing your jobs and improve on withholding bias and interpersonal communication so that you are all on the same page. Show a little bit of the decency you demand from boards members... respect, admitting a mistake, etc. A little common courtesy goes a long way.
