Every community member has valid opinions, and rank-shaming is a form of belittling another player for their game-related knowledge or skill. While we appreciate that sometimes experienced players may have thoughts or experiences to share that a newer or less skilled player might not have fully appreciated when making their statements, a level of respect, understanding, and constructive critique are necessary.

So yes, it is against the Universal Rules. Just because someone has one rank or another doesn't give them the right to talk down to other community members.
