From my point of view, and the view of others, when we see over powered champs get nerfed into oblivion an no one plays them anymore, it makes us wonder if you guys are competent. The fact that you remove the post is quite disturbing. Yes, I question the skill set and talent of the people making decisions. Is that not allowed?

Not the way you did it. It's non-productive and you should look for better ways to make your point.
If I said, "I don't really care for CertainlyT as a designer because I think he focuses far too much on being creative and giving the champion lots of things to do. This leads to overloaded kits that can feel oppressive. I would much rather he stepped back, considered what it feels like to play against his champions and prioritized avoiding negative experiences" it would have the benefit of being both true and being a conversation we can have.

Failog2 votesIf my CUSTOMERS are complaining about how my business is being run and question my competency, I would have to address it and accept that for whatever reason, right or wrong, that is their perception and do what I can on my end to see what I can do to fix it and how much fault lies on my end.
Your business shits on customers, ie its players, in favor of all sorts of other priorities such as LCS and then ignores them or silences them when they speak out. FOR EXAMPLE, for months the boards has been complaining about the damage being too high. It makes the games end fast and reduce the amount of counterplay that is possible.
Riot still has yet to address this issue head on and tell its players (read, customers) what they think about the situation and either tell us what they plan to do or explain why they think they are right

is what brought you here. There is a right way and a wrong way to voice your criticism of Riot, but insults is not the way to go about it.
Calling someone incompetent doesn't show me you care about the game, just that you cared more about insulting someone than tackling the bigger issues you care about.
InTheory1 votesI think that's the first time a post was removed because they insulted Rioters. I was pretty sure that boards moderation held the standards of "as long as no player is attacked" everything was fine, which means that Rioters could be insulted all the way resulting in the low Rioter participation we have today. If you'd have changed that, I can work overtime and give you hundreds of insults towards Rioters for sure.

Fact is Rioters rather spend their Time on Reddit then on the Companys Game Forum Site Fact is You Remove Content only on one side of the Coin, the other gets no penalty for posting heavier insults/hate speech. You are a Hypocrite

If you’re implying that Rioters use hate speech, I have never seen that on the boards. I highly doubt that’s ever been an issue, outside of being hacked.
