Not the way you did it. It's non-productive and you should look for better ways to make your point.
If I said, "I don't really care for CertainlyT as a designer because I think he focuses far too much on being creative and giving the champion lots of things to do. This leads to overloaded kits that can feel oppressive. I would much rather he stepped back, considered what it feels like to play against his champions and prioritized avoiding negative experiences" it would have the benefit of being both true and being a conversation we can have.
