Ideas for the Boards

I mainly use the boards to write champion concepts, report bugs, and check riot posts on future updates. Write now, it is a bit hard to look at others concepts and check riot posts mainly because in each board, there are tons of posts and it is incredible hard to sort through all of them especially with the only categories being new, best, recent. If there were more sub boards, I think it would make things easier to view. For example, in Concepts and Creations, have a sub board for champion concepts, skin concepts, reworks, art, ect. In everyboard, there should be a sub board that contains posts that rioters respond too because clicking on red tracker, half of the boards are from help and support. Lastly, Rioters who give update information should have a pinned thread or special section. I'm talking about people like Meddler, or Rioters that make champion updates. The easiest way for me to find Meddler's updates is to google riot meddler, and click on the boards profile because it is 100 times easier than searching for meddler and getting year old posts. The

Also, profile's are also a bit disorganized. It just shows your comments and your threads. To me, the profile should be a more customizable such that you could pin threads you want and other options.

Lastly, it would be nice if the boards were more open to the other people who play the game. There should be a link to the boards in the client so that more users can input their opinions and participate on here more.

Love your ideas, and we do share some of your vision. We're quite a bit limited on what we can do in terms of development at the moment, but when we can get that ball rolling we'll definitely be looking to do these sorts of changes.

It would help if the search function wasn't a steaming pile of garbage.

Can't search JUST titles, or JUST ORIGINAL POST. Basically a complete lack of Advanced Search features "Show more" completely ignores your filters.

Like, this is absolutely disgraceful programming on Riot's part. Sad part is it's been this way for years, with likely no significant changes or improvements on the horizon.

I'd guess the problem is caring about the boards' state effectively goes to zero once you go a few rungs up the corporate ladder. The volunteers care, and a few Rioters care, just unfortunately not the ones who have the authority to make things happen.
