Why does moderation pick sides?

Why is it that my posts which are not targeted towards any individual which are found offensive by some when I am just sharing my views get deleted while all of this are still open to be read? These are straight up insults directed at an individual (me). Just because I am in the minority my posts get deleted, one of which was just copying and pasting definitions from dictionary.com. People always make comments about "downvotes without giving a reason" so I share my reason for my downvote only for it to be deleted.

At least stay consistent. If I can't share my views then these people shouldn't be able to call me an illogical, sick-minded homophobe when I am not a homophobe to begin with. That is equivalent to me calling a democrat a libtard simply because I don't agree with them.

You don't get why some people are gay? I don't either, but I don't get a lot of things! I don't get why someone would like yellow cars. Liking yellow cars doesn't mean someone deserves to go to hell.

People are pretty goddamn different. They can like different things from us.

Sorry dude, but there's no way it would be okay for you to talk about it like you did. It's not a condition. You desperately need to educate yourself about that. Walking around in the 21st century thinking that people are less righteous than you simply for liking someone you think they shouldn't? That does deserve a "yikes."

I'm sorry, but I dont understand what you're trying to say here? Are you trying to say that moderation is leaning towards the more quoteunquote liberal side of things? Personally, I'm in favor of you being able to say almost anything that you want to an extent, cuz I mean even the people who are trying to shut you up are guilty of practicing the same thing (yaknow SPEAKING THEIR MINDS like all the time)

Was that in the player behavior section? Because no joke mods litteraly focus on that section and ban the smallest shit. As long as you disagree with them your targeted for a ban/removal lmao.

Firstly, I reassure you that honestly, mods do not have time to sit down and target someone we don't like. We look at the queue and act on what we see. If we see someone with a history of problematic behavior when it shows up, we will clean out those posts at once. We're also volunteers, so if you report someone and it's not down the same time your post is down, it is perfectly possible we didn't get to it.

Looking back at your post, it wasn't the fact that you hold these religious beliefs that we removed your comments. It's the fact that the Boards are not an appropriate place to discuss your religious beliefs, what you believe is okay, your stance on social issues, etc. Sexuality in terms of game/art design is fine to discuss, but elevating that into a discussion about religion and social issues strictly is not allowed.

Here is one that is actually from me. When can we stop pretending that characters in a fantasy world actually matter? The creators will create what they want and they get paid to do so. I'm not going to walk into the nearest architectural company and demand to have certain features on the next building they design expecting it to happen. It is their job, not mine.

This isn't okay because it crosses the line of talking about sexuality in a game, to talk about real world stances on the issue. To add; having an opinion about something is fine, but when that opinion hurts other people, or compares someone living their lives peacefully to a horrendous crime, that's when its not allowed. Overall, this just isn't the place to have that kind of discussion.
