[Feature Request] Sort Posts by Rising

My favorite part of Boards is having discussions with people. However, by the time a post is on the front page, new comments don't get much visibility. I can sort by New or Recent, but those threads aren't necessarily going to get much visibility, either.

Reddit and Imgur both have a 'Rising' section, which is similar to 'Hot', but with much more emphasis on new threads and no extremely large threads; this is the best place I've found to have discussions in the comments section (and, as a bonus, it tends to be less homogeneous than the front page).

Please consider adding this to Boards. Thank you.
